 the Hidden Demon

In a quiet and completely isolated village, far from cities and their noise, lived kind-hearted people.
Among them was a young man named Sai, 25 years old—an ambitious and hardworking youth.
He completed his studies and earned his baccalaureate certificate.
But the academic path ahead of him would take him far from the village he deeply loved and cherished.

Sai thought deeply and decided not to continue his studies.
An idea came to him—one that would allow him to stay in his beloved village while also earning money.
He would turn his village into a tourist destination, given its beautiful location among the mountains and far from the noise and pollution of cities.

So, he began exploring the surrounding areas and nearby forests, including deep caves and towering mountains.
This process took him nearly two full months until he found a large cave that could appeal to those who loved adventure and exploration.

One night, while asleep, he had a strange and terrifying dream—a nightmare that made him wake up screaming like a small child.
A wild demon, terrifying in appearance, called him by name and told him that he would kill him and destroy his village.

Although Sai was very frightened, he didn’t take the dream seriously.
On the second night, he went to sleep again and had the same dream.
The demon appeared once more and warned him that he would soon come for him and his family.

This time, Sai woke up with his heart pounding, nearly stopping from fear.
He began searching for someone to help him interpret the dream, but to no avail.
Neither his family nor the villagers could help.

He didn’t want to sleep again, terrified of meeting the demon once more.
Eventually, sleep overtook him, and he met the terrifying demon again.
But this time, the demon didn’t threaten him.
He simply told him to go and look beneath a large rock next to his house.

Sure enough, Sai woke up early in the morning and went to the place the demon had pointed to.
To his horror, he found a document—a map—that led to an unknown location, and strangely enough, the map began right in front of his house.

Sai decided to follow the map’s trail without telling his family or anyone else.
He simply put on his shoes and went.

Oddly, the map led him far, far away to an abandoned building deep within the forest, completely isolated among the trees.
Sai entered, carrying a knife with him for protection in case he encountered someone.

The entrance to the building was terrifying, with a foul smell coming from the door.
He climbed a staircase in front of him, step by step, very slowly, his heart about to burst from fear.
His legs could barely carry him.

He kept climbing…
Then, without warning, someone called out his name in a rough, deep, and terrifying voice:
“Sai!”

He turned around...
